Speech and Language Therapist
Nahla is a Speech and Language Therapist at Mind Institute whose current work includes supporting children in early intervention programs. She helps children develop speech, language and everyday communication skills, with therapy shaped around their individual needs and developmental goals.
Alongside speech and language therapy, Nahla provides feeding support within the early intervention program. Her clinical background includes assessing and treating feeding and swallowing difficulties, supported by additional training in infant feeding and swallowing.
Her experience spans private clinics, inclusive schools and multidisciplinary services. She has worked with children with developmental delays, speech sound difficulties and stuttering, as well as adults with communication and swallowing difficulties following stroke. She collaborates with families and other professionals to support communication beyond the therapy room.
Nahla holds a Bachelor of Speech and Language Therapy from Phoenicia University and provides therapy in Arabic, English and French. Her continuing education includes infant feeding and swallowing, stuttering intervention, literacy difficulties and assessment of autistic students.
