Clinical Operations Lead, BCBA
Daniel leads clinical operations at Mind Institute, providing leadership to the multidisciplinary team across psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy.
He oversees the coordination and development of clinical services, working with clinicians and department leads to support consistent standards of care. His role brings together clinical oversight, team development, and service planning, helping ensure that assessments and interventions respond to each client’s needs and goals.
Daniel supports staff through guidance, supervision, and professional development. He encourages collaboration across disciplines so that families benefit from a coordinated approach to assessment, therapy, and ongoing support.
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Positive Behavior Support from the Tizard Centre. His clinical experience includes supporting children and adults with learning and developmental disabilities, developing individualized support plans, and training families and professionals.
His leadership is grounded in respect for clients and families, practical outcomes, and helping clinicians deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed care.
