GETTING STARTED

Schedule an Appointment

CONTACT US

If you would like to schedule an intake appointment, please contact Mind Institute

Our administration team will schedule an appointment with our team.

We require all clients to schedule an Intake Appointment prior to receiving any services.  During this appointment, our Intake Coordinator will gather a detailed case history and any parent concerns whilst your child will have a screening session conducted by our Psychologist. Following the appointment, a multidisciplinary team of therapists will consult to determine the services that can best assist your child. You will then be contacted and given a set of recommendations for services and availability for booking. The Intake Appointment is vital as it is the first interaction that occurs between the client and the clinician which allows us to design an individual program tailored to your child’s specific needs.
